Rwanga Foundation Participated in London School of Economics Conference

London, 7 December 2015. Rwanga Foundation as an international organization, was officially invited to the London School of Economics to raise awareness about the current situation of vulnerable people in Kurdistan.

Rwanga Foundation found it very useful to be part of the conference as the goal of raising funds to build schools in Kurdistan to enable access to a better education. With more than 1.5 million internal displaced people and refugees living in Kurdistan Region we are facing an ongoing relief effort to bring them the necessary aid.

Rodion Kaplounov (Vice Chairman of the Conference / Chief of Staff)

“Rwanga’s humanitarian work in the midst of crisis has inspired everyday citizens to begin rebuilding their home. Their invaluable relief efforts and regional modernization must be broadcast to a wider audience, made possible through the LSE SU Business and Finance Group and their inaugural conference. Rwanga’s successes highlight the economic and developmental potential of Kurdistan, making it a case study for development practices worldwide”.
