Akre, Kurdistan — In continuing our support both emotionally and financially to families of martyrs, Rwanga Foundation issued additional donations in Bahdinan on Thursday 8 October 2015 in Akre of Duhok Governorate.
Contributions within the Bahdinan zone will include the areas of Duhok (city), Amedi, and Bardarash in the near future.
In March of 2015, Rwanga Foundation began a campaign to support the families of fallen Peshmerga who lost their lives defending Kurdistan. The campaign has benefited people from the Kurdish governorates of Erbil, Sulaimani, Halabja, Kirkuk and Duhok; each family receives $1000 with the total number of families to receiving donations topping 1,200 as of today.
