Rwanga Foras Conducts Marketing Training for Private Sector

Erbil, KURDISTAN (August 26th, 2019)- Rwanga Foras team conducts two trainings under the Project ‘Empowering  Employees Capabilities Training Course’ in Erbil and Sulaimani.

 

With a number of 18 participants, in each city, between the ages of 18 to 35, a training on ‘Establishing Marketing Mix Strategy’ has been conducted for employees from companies and the education sector.

The aim of the training was the empowerment of labor market stakeholders and to develop the employee’s capacities in order to raise their awareness in their individual field of work.

One of the participants stated: “The training was very informative and the subjects had been mostly new to me. It has basically changed my perspectives towards how marketing works in the labor market.”

The training is part of the Rwanga Foras Project which provides different services. One of which is providing these trainings to employees of companies and educational sectors in different topics according to the needs and demands of the market labor stakeholders. The trainings are conducted in different places according to time and number of beneficiaries. A training will be run when there is the right number of participants in place.
