
Humanitarian efforts continue for displaced Christians from Mosel and other parts of Iraq.
On August 8, 2014, mattresses (1,000) were distributed to Christians settled in churches, schools and other places in Bartila, Qaraqosh and in Ainkawa.
On August 9, 2014, 150 mattresses, 150 blankets, 150 pillows and 5,400 bottles of water were distributed to displaced Christians currently settled in Soran from Tilkef, Bartilla, Kirkuk and Mosul.
On August 10, 2014, 7,000 flat breads were provided by Beiruty Bakery, in addition to 40,000 cans of food; a large number of biscuits; 900 cans of baby milk; 800 diapers; 1,000 mattresses and sanitary napkins, and distributed to displaced Christians settled in Ainkawa from Hamdania, Bartilla, Baashika.
The total number of displaced Christians helped by Rwanga foundation is currently at 5,000.
