
Duhok, KURDISTAN (December 5th, 2017) – ‘Five Rules to Success’- Rwanga Foundation, in partnership with the Duhok Technical Private Institute, conducted a seminar to students on how to reach each one’s personal aims and how to be successful in life.
Over 150 students joined a special seminar, conducted by Mr. Abdulsalam Medeni, Chief Executive Director (CED) of Rwanga Foundation, at the Duhok Technical Private Institute, with the aim to encourage the students to be more responsible for themselves and their lives. Basically, the audience experienced the techniques of understanding the importance of having a vision and the realistic awareness of how to get and reach it. Secondly, he highlighted the needed ability in creating each one’s personal individual world in each one’s individual reality. Furthermore, he urged the people to realize the fact of self-responsibility and its impact on each one’s actions and outcomes. Given the fourth important rule of success, he encouraged the audience to always keep competing with themselves, in order to keep the direct growth of knowledge and understanding of success. To actually turn the vision of success into fruitful reality, he rounded the seminar up with making the audience be aware that success and everything accompanied by it, only exists by own decision and focus.
In mutual understanding of the hard circumstances in the current situation of Kurdistan, Mr. Medeni urged the students to never victimize themselves and to never lose faith, but pointing out that there are no shortcuts in achieving success and that success is built on hard work.
“Don’t let others decide your future! Name your goals and work for it !“, said Mr. Medeni , urging the audience to understand its importance.
Halat, who was one of the students of the ‘Five Rules of Success’ seminar, stated at the end: "In my opinion, we as the youth, need people like Mr. Medeni to enlighten the new generation and guide us to improve our capacity building !"
