On September 23, 2014, Rwanga Foundation aided IDPs based in Rovian and Kelek sub-districts, which are located between the city of Erbil and Mosul. The aid included 6,200 food packages; 1,400 kitchen sets; 2,900 blankets; 690 milk powder baby formula; 1,040 baby diapers and 1,680 cans of corn.
There are a total of 9,600 IDPs living in Rovian and 4,820 inside Kelek sub-district.
