Erbil, KURDISTAN (March 03rd , 2018) – Rwanga Foundation is giving Coca Cola staff members a lecture on ‘Team Building and Group Dynamics’ on the occasion of the annual ‘Coca Cola One Team Summit’.
Every year Coca Cola is holding an event called ‘One Team Summit’ for the Coca Cola Iraq staff members. The lecture for the Iraq staff members was delivered in Erbil (Divan Hotel) by the Rwanga Chief Executive Director (CED) Mr. Abdulsalam Medeni and two more lecturers.
With the aim to support all the various business sectors in Kurdistan in order to improve the local job opportunities, as well as the local youth, Rwanga delivered a lecture on ‘Team Building and Group Dynamics’. The lecture was given to the Coca Cola Senior Staff and is a continuation of several other trainings delivered over the last two years. With a current number of 251 employees in Erbil, Duhok, Sulaimania and Kirkuk, the Rwanga CED had been training the Coca Cola Staff on Communication, Conflict Management, Thinking out of the Box, Leadership and Presentation Skills.
Mr. Qanih Ahmed Sleman (HR Executive for Training and Development Coca Cola Iraq) stated:” Over the last two years, Mr. Medeni had a huge impact on developing our staff’s skills and therefor majorly improved our team work, personal skills and the positive staff’s attitude towards each other in the office as well as in the field. “
Team building is one of the foundations of organizational development. It helps to set goals, clarify roles, solve problems and build interpersonal-relations as well as understanding the importance of group dynamics and its system within.
