Sulaimani, Kurdistan – On the 23rd April 2015, Rwanga Foundation’s Sulaimani office, based on a request from GEC / Sulaimani, supplied Immediate Response Rations (IRR) of food to 540 IDPs settled in the villages surrounding Qaradagh District in Sulaimani. The aid was donated by the German organization, Wings of Help (Luftfahrt ohne Grenzen – LOG), to IDP families.
Since the beginning of the conflict, Rwanga Foundation has actively supported IDPs and refugees in the region as these groups fled to Kurdistan because of ISIS abhorrent aggression.
