Erbil, KURDISTAN ( May 5, 2019) – With the aim of developing the vocational skills of women, Rwanga Foundation distributed 22 sewing machines to 22 participant and trainers of a vocational training course in Soran.
The vocational training was held by the Directory of Labour and Vocational Training-Soran for fourty-five days. On the graduation ceremony of the course, a staff of Rwanga Foundation visited the beneficiaries to provide them with 20 sewing machines to appreciate them.
One of the women who completed the course, was happy that she has improved her skills. '' I have learned a lot from the course, and thanks to Rwanga Foundation through the Sewing Machines now I can practice more and even start my business at home.'' said one of the participants.
