Duhok, KURDISTAN ( May 8, 2018) – Rwanga Foundation’s Chief Executive Director (CED), Abdulsalam Medeni, took part in a panel during the announcement ceremony of Alumni Network of the University of Duhok.
The panel discussion was about ‘Preparing the Graduates for the Job Market’ Beside Mr. Medeni, the panellists included Jwan Jalal (General Director of Scholarships and Cultural Relationships), Dr. Rebar Fatah (Dean of College of Administration and Economics) and Bayan Barwari (Human Resources Manager at HKN Company).
The panellists discussed the role of youth in developing society and as problem solvers. Abdulsalam Medeni discussed some essential skills which the market needs and stated: ‘’the learning processes in the universities are not only preparing the students to the market, but also preparing them to life after university’’.
The Alumni Network of Duhok University will be acting as a platform for the graduates to gather them and develop their skills through trainings and networking events.
